Data on the Website

Freelance-Market.net database is gathered from the same publicly available web sources that are searched by other major public search engines and accessible to any person surfing the web. Freelance-Market.net simply tags and organizes it so that is more useful for searchers.Freelance-Market.net may also combine that information with data received from other reputable sources such as a direct contact with magazine editors.  Once we have collected information about a magazine, we combine multiple mentions of the same magazine into an individual record. The resulting records are then made available to the public through the Freelance-Market.net service.

The Website allow you to conduct searches of various public records, as described above.  Any data presented as a result of these searches (the "Data") is derived from records that are not in the control of the Website and may not always be accurate or complete.  Please see the Warranties section below for more information.  If you have questions about any Data, or wish to dispute the accuracy of any Data, you should contact us.

Terms of Purchase

You agree and acknowledge that except as otherwise indicated, you will be charged for any purchase of the Data, regardless of whether any such results or record contains incorrect information or no information at all.

Credit card information used for the purposes of purchasing Freelance-Market.net services will NOT be stored in any form, and will NOT be sold, shared or used again without your prior consent. The purchase will be made only through reputable services such as PayPal.

Any purchase of Website services is final and not refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Feedback and other comments and statements that you chose to submit to Freelance-Market.net by any means - whether by e-mail, telephone, letter, or any other means - shall be considered nonconfidential. Freelance-Market.net is free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Information

Freelance-Market.net will not sell, rent, license or otherwise share the personally identifiable contact information (i.e. your email address, etc.) that you submit in the context of working with Website services.
